History
Alessia is an UCIT incorporated in Luxembourg under the Part 1 of the "Law of 20 December 2010" and subject to the authorization, supervision and control of the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier“ (Commission for the supervision of the financial sector) (“CSSF”). Alessia funds are listed on the Italian Stock exchange (Borsa Italiana).
Alessia was founded in March 2008 by Giuseppe Distefano and Stefano Lonoce as a SICAV-SIF with a Macro strategy
In November 2009, it was transformed from a SICAV-SIF to a SICAV-UCITS
In March 2011, two new compartments were launched.
On 29 September Alessia sub-funds are listed at Borsa Italiana
Alessia decides to delegate some of its regulatory functions to Pure Capital SA. From 14 January 2020 Pure Capital is appointed as Management Company, Investment Manager and Domiciliary Agent. Tyche Advisors,
a company set up by G. Distefano, is appointed Investment Advisor.
